As far as sheer number of albums listened to goes, I managed to check out more albums this year than any other thanks to my trusty iPod. And while I thought that the number of solid albums to emerge this year was rather unimpressive, I culled some fantastic singles out of it. This fairly high energy mix has some damn fine pop songs on it, and I managed a pretty decent flow this time out.Feedback:
Dammit, you're making it impossible for me to do a Best of the Year mix. I also would have had "Golly Sandra", "Hey Man", "Gracie", "Mariner's Revenge" and cuts from Of Montreal, Franz Ferdinand, Nada Surf, Death Cab, New Pornos, Beck, OK Go, and Portastic. Geez! So I guess I should be saying what excellent music interests you have, but I'm extremely jealous right now. Don't be upset if you see an eerily similar mix around here pretty soon...
