My first hangover of 2006 and the boredom that came with it led to this experiment. Ive been using Last FM for a year now (link on my profile page) and I think it is the bees knees. Basically, for those who arent familiar with this little beauty, the deal is this : Download a little plug in for your media player and this site will keep a record of every track played, calculate top artists and track charts, recommend similar music and calculate 'neighbours' with whom you have something in common musically. Another feature is that it builds a radio station based on your profile and you can listen to thousands of users stations to find new stuff to dig. This is what Last FM played today when i listened to my neighbour's (Sodastreamer aka fellow AOTM mixer and all round music junkie Markus Sch÷n) radio. The sequence is exactly as it was played and it really worked so I had to make a mix of it to get me through future hangovers. Happy 06 and thanks for reading.

Great idea for a mix -- I'm listening to Psapp right now (free streams here: http://www.last.fm/music/Psapp) and have added Shirley & Dolly Collins to my "explorations" station. Thank you - to both of you!
