Comment:

As a young lad, I shared with my mates all the traits of a punk phase: the cute, hip girlfriend, the excessive drinking, the thrift store suits, the desire to go out and really "fuck some shit up." Yet I never went through it. Now I feel old and jaded, and I wish I wouldn't have missed out on such an integral, if not inevitably short-lived, thing.


This is me trying to capture that feeling, even if it means listening to it on my shitty Walkman while I walk, bottle in hand, through a city full of strangers.


Someone invent a time machine. Let me go back four years to give this to a younger, more hopeful and better looking me.
