I just said... ah, forget it. I always forget that when you add a favourite you get the chance to say something about it. I already said my bit though, so...

A great tribute to a great director by someone who clearly loves + respects not only the films by the music used to augment them. Any Cameron Crowe fan will dig this mix. You'd be crazy not to. Apologies in advance for sounding like such a boot-licker, but hey, credit where credit's due, y'know? Out.

Soul Asylum rules, + this is the 1st mix I've seen devoted to them. Mixes about bands I like are my favourite, as they get me thinking about what the songs mean to me, how I would arrange them, what I'd add, cut, etc. Kudos to Shane Brown for taking that 1st step. Out.

"Is there anything I need to say that hasn't been said before? I've been alive for too long- why should I be anymore? Better now than never, better loud than clever, better just to play the fool. It's times like this when you just close your + kiss 'cause everything after this is just bull-shit + being cool."

Bloody brilliant idea indeed. Kudos for Layne + Shannon Hoon. I would've loved to see Andrew Wood (front man for the former Mother Love Bone) but hey, this is still brilliant. Excellent choices; a heart-rending look back at some of the musicians that have meant so much to so many. Really, really awesome. Out.

This is a great mix, with a greater purpose. I gotta admit the 2nd Hives song bugs me, but that's just me. A Marilyn Manson track from Holywood would've been a sweet addition. Anyways, solid mix dude. Out.

This is bloody awesome! Not too sure about the Strokes myself, but damn is this sweet! Great Pearl jam, great Stone Roses, great Elton John... I mean, DAMN! Personally, with the mellow vibe of that Pink Floyd track, I would've put it at the end, but that's just me. + hey, it's PINK FLOYD, so it still works. I can't say enough good about this. Out.

This rocks, + rocks hard! Great, great work. The J + SB quotes are a great addition, + I adore the Burt Bacharach at the end- brilliant way to cap it all. Bloody awesome. Out.

Hell yes! I mean, hell yes! This cries out for some Iron Maiden, but who cares. Warrant? That alone makes this a bloody epic homage. Twisted Sister just brings it all together. Kudos for Metallica as well; it actually succeeds in bringing a touch of "class" to this mix. I will make this myself or trade your for it anytime. Let me know. Out.

I don't agree with the Garbage track. I dig the band, but the music seems inappropriate for the gym. Also, I can't say I'm familiar with 'Death in Vegas' or 'Fluke.' However, the rest of this mix is perfect, absolutely perfect. I love the Tea Party song, the NIN, Tool, A Perfect Circle... it's all amazing. Excellent work. Out. Get it? "Work-out?" Okay, I'm tired... sorry. Out.
