Comment:

Okay... So as much as I love Rock 'n Roll, I DO have a soft spot for the oldies. ...and by "oldies" I mean any music that was created in the pop genre before I went to kindergarten (so that would be anything from the early 60s-late 80s). These are a few of my all-time favourite FUN songs. The Beatles have been deleted b/c they're too prolific to just pick one or two songs to add in... ENJOY! (Preferably listen to while wearing a poodle skirt or big 80s hair... or both at the same time... now THAT would be fabulous!) ;) Oh! And normally I wouldn't have put more than one song on by the same artist... but I just LOVE the Temptations! Something about grown men & synchronized dance moves sets my heart aflutter... LOL. (and I realize I left out the Beach Boys...)

A+++. Before you were in kindergarden is when I was coming of age so these Oldies are real for me! These are all top 'o the pops, even though I still shudder when I think of "These Boots Were Made For Walking"

If it weren't for "Leader of the Pack" and that unbearable Aretha Franklin song, I would call this the greatest happy/catchy mix of all time. It's just insanely comprehensive and wall-to-wall singalong bliss.
