Comment:

More in the "no percussion allowed" series (which I've now numbered), this time featuring yodelling, Chopin, Morrissey being a diva and Johnny Marr being Bob Dylan. A few thank-yous for this one too: Jenergy for the Asylum Street Spankers, lanhamyodel for the aforementioned yodelling (Castel Del Piano) and Salman for the Palace Brothers. Title c/o Turin Brakes. Enjoy!

Really lovely, Great opening 5, and plenty of other gems scattered throughout. I'm really fond of that Idlewild track. Good to see more acoustic outpourings from your good self Siobhan.

Lovely indeed. I agree with Salvador Barry re the opening Quintet. Don't know much Maria McKee apart from show me Heaven and that particular track ( it's on the Pulp Fiction OST also). 8 & 9 are wonderful. And a fine closer also. Great stuff..

This is really, really great, Siobhan, particularly tracks 3, 5 (a real favorite of mine), 8 (ditto), and 15-16. Weren't we supposed to trade months ago? ;-)

Oooh lovely Miss Siobhan. I'm very fond of that Nico cut, and I'm delighted to see that the Spankers have found such good company. Incidentally, some folks may be interested in checking out their video on YouTube, which features a tap dancing Yellow Ribbon (bring our boys home!!)

Excellent mix. I'm definetly into the vibe you created here. The sky is permanently grey in the day with dead looking trees surrounding my little abode... this mix seems to capture that.
