Comment:
Having a bunch of friends over for dinner in a week or two, when I get back home. Just a CD to play while we eat, before we put the movie on.The Sam Cooke tracks I got from Live At The Harlem Square Club, 1963. The Ray Charles track comes from a box set, Pure Genius: The Complete Atlantic Recordings (1952-1959). The Dylan track I got from The Bootleg Series, Vol. 4: Bob Dylan Live, 1966: The Royal Albert Hall Concert. (On second thought, maybe I should have gone with the version from The Last Waltz; what do you think?)Feedback:
Looks like it'll be a lively dinner. The Sam Cppk disc is one of my favorites, as is just about anything by Mr. Robinson. A great job.
