Comment:

"Mr. Blasi has drawn me out of hiding." A recurring theme. I wrote to congratulate him on the Africa box set and its warm reception amongst the cognoscenti. Which led to this. I sent him "the Uh Uh Uh" and we went from there. It took about 6 weeks because I can be real slow to respond. "...the afro-funk tracks point to so many possible directions that I
am crippled by my own indecision." That's my defense, but each time, the time spent yielded intense results. Blasikin said "I like what you said about a challenging song turning up the fire for a groove. I think the frightening Aby Ngana Diop track does the same." I had a real hard time coming up with a pick for #11 and an even harder time with #13, but as the man says, I think it bore fruit. #12 is the key.

It was a true pleasure working with Mr. Falivena once again. Some real scorchers on here. The last track is just the Miles into Bran Van 3000 Feat Youssou N Dour - Senegal.

Good work guys, plowing some exotic ground.
What is #15? The only ICP I know is those juggalos Insane Clown Posse and that is probably not who you mean.

A welcome return Nick, and a GREAT mix guys. And I can see you treat this alt-dj thing seriously as it flowed really well. Love the demented Jazzy opener. And the great Iftin track - I'd have guessed at Mike on evens, but you kind of give that away up above. Some clouds don't was fab, as was the 4/5. Raul Hitler, was that an homage to Chuck Berry? Anyway, fine stuff. Unsurprisingly maybe, my favourite was tk 13...
