I love all these songs, but I can't decide on the absolute crown jewel: Al Green doing the Doors, or Lou Barlow doing Bryan Adams??

My vote is Lou Barlow doing Bryan Adams. The other night I saw a singer/songwriter cover 'jump' and it took a minute to realise what he was playing (it was a great cover, too).
