Comment:

There's nothing specifically "road" about these songs, but this tape was made for a camping trip (to Birkenhead Lake, BC) a month and a half ago. The Gamelan song comes from Teapin's kick-ass Gamelan CD.

Another good 'un. Special props to your Primal Scream, Love, Neil Young and Uncle Tupelo picks (literally my favorite by each band/artist), as well as your dark horse 13th Floor Elevators pick (which is another near-favorite) and Echo picks.

Thanks everyone. Rob, that's very strange, as I had specific reasons (generally related to road trips past) for putting each of those songs on (can't say the same about Elevators or Echo though). I must've been tapped into the AOTM zeitgeist when I made this mix.
