a well crafted mix cd should tell a story and with "Wanderlust" the story I was trying to tell was the one about becoming so jaded, so sick with your town and all of the bullshit baggage that town implies that you just have to get out. It doesn't matter to where, or by what means, but just that you wake up the closest person to you and ask them to join you. "Wanderlust" is about driving all night without direction searching for that unattainable quality that causes all of our hearts to ache for something more. It's about believing that just over the next horizon, your answer lies in a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. "Wanderlust" is a story about hope, and putting that hope to the test, and ultimately believing that no matter what, the road always continues.
