Comment:

i'm really proud of this mix, i think that it's one of the best that i've made, there's a good variance of styles, and it all flows together really well. it runs from psychedelia, to psych-folk, glitchy electronica, ambient electronica, to more organic instrumental passages, to jazz. i love it. it also provides an overall feeling of solitude, but not in a depressing way, more in a meditative sort of way...

Losing obscurity is a given; choosing obscurity, on the other hand, is a challenge. I won't even begin to pretend I know enough about the artists here to comment, but I admire the self-stated effort. There's an art to mix-making, and if you say you think you've come close to a success on this one, congratulations.

love the title... of cource obscurity is more relevant to yoru own personal sceen or where you are geographically... i mean even i.c.p. is still considered obscure and underground in some parts.. (i don;t dig the badn just an example)

some really great stuff on here.. some i know some i don't.. and that always makes me happy, and always dig the coltrain, i've been resistign the impulse to toss it on some of my mixes, been going a littel more poptastic so to speak, but this.. this is good.. this is where it is, you know IT. dig this man dig it.
