Comment:
This is the third version of this mix so its time to let it go. Thanks to mixers Dirk, for the Cowboy Junkies track, and Pollyanna for tipping me off to the Tanya Donelly track. As always a good Viper is a wonderious thing. On the other hand a bad Viper is even better....Feedback:
Nice mix of styles here. I like that Tanya Donnelly track a lot - it was something of a stylistic departure for her. I assume Susan Cowsill is OK but her brother Barry was found dead in the aftermath of Katrina.
Fantastic!
Wow...this covers the waterfront. Wish I could hear how it all fits together.
This looks great! It's got everything - style, humour, taste, Ethel. I would love to hear this sometime.
What musicgnome said!!!!!! Plus 4 stars!!
Outstanding hemizen. Let the Viper weave a spell! (...and she does.)
What a fantastic mix, made all the more enjoyable by the fact that I know all bar two of the artists. I would be most gratified if this dropped through the old mailbox anytime. Love that Ethel Merman track. Yet again -- five stars.
Nice lineup. The Cat Power song is gorrrgeous.
This is one of your best!Of course,8 is my favorite.Whiskey and one-on-one dancing are my favorite things.Lucinda's is my second and since I've seen your mix, I've been singing "Blue Moon" all day. These songs bring back memories of laying in bed on a Saturday morning...
sounds like classic american music to me, great stuff
Good mix of old and new here.
Really great stuff here, Terry. Love the Elvis/Cowboy Junkies pairing at the end there.
Really fantastic - definitely one my favourites I've seen from you. Having Iggy Pop, Lucinda Williams, Cab Calloway and Cowboy Junkies in the same mix is just great.
. . . hep to the Jive . . .
brillant!
tell mom i wish i were there.

This mix looks really strong. I love the fact that it is all over the musical map.
Hem iz en to a winner with this one. The Viper is an inspiration to us all methinks.
Looks interesting for sure. Franki Valli especially.
This looks really, really interesting, and I like a lot of it. Best of luck, my friend.
As diverse a mix as i've seen on AOTM. Great stuff.
Wow, nicely diverse. Love the 18-20 stretch.
