Comment:

If the Mono In VCF track is not on my best of 2008 list, I will give up mixing.Question of the Day. Since I let you into my head do I let you into my heart? ;-)

If the rest of the mix is as good as the opener my head may explode. anxious to hear the VCF track plus the Justin Townes Earle tune.

Love that REM Beat Happening cover! Like the BJM too, and have long enjoyed that Crowded House track.

We had better remind you to put that cut on your best of '08 list. Wouldn't want to lose a fine mixer.

Here is a question that has been bothering me: do the Kills still have indie cred now that Alison Mosshart is in the society pages like every other day?

This looks really great, mister. I love the new Beach House record and Malkmus, Thurston, BJM, The Kills and Carlene Carter are always good mix choices. Funny thing, I just listened to Woodface today for the first time in quite a while (god, I LOVE that album) and I especially enjoyed hearing "Fall at Your Feet" again. So beautiful and a great closing track.

I'm listening to the Mono in VCF track as I type and it is fabulous. Infact that 8-11 stretch is pretty damn perfect. And I'm digging the Black Hollies a lot recently..

gave this a listen today, and loved the Gnarls Barkley/R.E.M. pair, Thurston Moore and BellX1 tracks, but my two favorites are The Kills and Mono In VCF inclusions. thanks for sharing what's in your head!
