77 minutes of a marvelous Rock / Soul / R&B band from Chicago who I've had the pleasure of seeing live several times in several different cities. Four wonderfully distinct vocalists taking turns on lead and putting together sweet harmonies. I like their studio albums but they are even better live so alot of this is from their live album "Lay Down & Love It Live". Last tracks (painfully) cut: "I Saw Sister Stealing", "Lay My Body Down", "The River Runs Slow", "Happy Together", "Temple" and "Old Bones". Title from the opening track.Feedback:

Hey Mark. Are you Sonia Dada's new A & R man? You deserve something for such an excellent promotional mix. Only heard a couple of their songs, but, if memory serves, they were mighty fine. With your obvious in-depth knowledge, I will assume this mix is definitive. You have my vote.
