Fine theme and superfantablouus mix! Yes, do a volumn 2! Daydream Believer by the Monkees (and others) would be a good start.
Good mix! Yes, there should be a vol. 2. Orbinson's "In dreams" and Morrison's "These dreams of you" are two that immediately come to mind. Lennon and The Smiths... well, there are so many of them.

Dreamy (except for that Aerosmith song - blech). No seriously, really good mix. Some other suggestions (not that you asked): "A Dreamy Day Daydreaming of You" by Of Montreal, "Don't Dream it's Over" by Crowded House, "Dream Lover" by Bobby Darin, "Dreaming of You" by Selena, "In My Dreams" by Dokken (hey, you're apparently down with Speedwagon and Heart, so this can't be too far-fetched), "Dream" by Forest for the Trees, "Dreaming" by Blondie, "Submarine Dream" by Apples in Stereo, "Dream of Evan and Chan" by DNTEL, "Wet Dream" by Kip Adotta ;) and many more. One I would advise avoiding: Depeche Mode's "Dream on". Horrible.
