Comment:
During my casette mix making era, "Versions" and "Revisions" (the 1st tape mix list I added to the site) were my grand opuses. Took me months! The whole idea was to have a set of original versions on side 1 playing A - B and then the cover versions running B - A on side 2. That way, one could flip the tape at any point to hear the other version. But the trick was to arrange the songs in such a way that the song lengths corresponded, while also allowing for an enjoyable playing order, and also fitting into a 45 minute side. I was totally obsessed with this project and I'm glad to have a place to share that obsession.
Feedback:
I really love that idea and the mix is absolutely tip top as well. I take my hat off to you.
ditto with this one as with the first one posted - absolutely terrific job. great song choices, great ambition, great execution, very well planned out. my hat, also, is off to you
wow!
I'm feeling the love! Thanks, guys!
cool idea and execution
Here's to your obsession! Bravo!
Sometimes being obsessive can pay off. Good choices, & justification at last for the cassette format!
