Hang on, hold up etc.. I haven't finished with Volume II yet. Oh well, if you insist. Have a cup of coffee before Volume IV, give us a chance to keep up. It's all good.

Please don't take offence but you MUST include Michael Chapman on disc 4! Check him out he'd fit in superbly in this series.

This is awe-inspiring as usual, Chris. The depth of your musical interests knows no bounds.

FC,
No offense taken, whatsoever. Great eye, btw! (spoiler alert: Michael Chapman will indeed be making an appearance, albeit on Volume 5.)

Any other suggestions for an artist you'd like to see represented are quite welcome! No promises that I have them in the library, mind you -though, I'd be happy to receive tracks for inclusion. ;)

Taking my mom to see Vashti Bunyan tonight, some great warm up music. The Gnome is in his natural habitat.

I think this definitely ranks among my favourite genres. Love your picks here - great starter, and like the Sandy Denny too. And it's nice to see some artists that often get overlooked. Very, very nice work!

A wonderful series. I have all 3 mixes sat on my hard drive, I'm ready for a Folky kind of Sunday. I will report back upon a full listen...

I love that mushroomy CD cover. As for the mix, another fine addition, I can hardly keep up!

I agree the mushroom CD cover kicks much booty. I'm not a big folk fan but from what I've heard so far it's not bad.

Man, when you throw open a window you fly right through it, once I've listened to all 3 of these I'll know none times as much about British Isle Folk as I do now -- thanks for the opening!

Fantastic series. I listened to volume I and II earlier today and was digging the vibe. Very pastoral. Amazing stuff... I need to look into it further.

Your mixing skills are quite to my pleasure. Is there no way to get a hold of this collection? I would trade tapestries for this. Or perhaps beads.
