Comment:

I have been relistening to David Bowie lately, especially The Rise & Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars. The Teddybears track is a slice of pop heaven. What I left off this mix is just as interesting as what is on it. R.I.P. Etta Baker.

So you have been listening to one of the finest albums ever made -- very wise and commendable. This mix looks great. Long may you continue squawking like a pink-monkey-bird.

Lay the real thing on [us], Terry.

We can have some fun with an ear drum,
We can bang away on the tom tom,
We can drive around with the top down,
Stereo turned up loud with a fat sound!

This one is a keeper!

What the heck if she ditches you, as long as you hang on to this mix.

Lovely! The middle section, from the Roots to around Hem, is so great - love the Muddy Waters/Snow Patrol bit too. Seems like you've been doing some good listening of late.

Nice collection here, like the Snow Patrol, Lucinda Williams, M. Ward, and Hem inclusions.
