Comment:
At some point early this year, I started making monthly mixes of the songs I'd been listening to and enjoying the most during the previous month. Some of it is revisited old favourites, but the vast majority of it is new discoveries. This is the September installation, which I wasn't going to submit here at first because it overlaps quite a bit with one or two of the other of my recent mixes and because it wasn't intended for anyone but myself in the first place, but then I figured what the hell. Admittedly, this is a bit of an uncanny combination of weird experimental stuff, blues classics and current folk/indie-rock stuff (with an emphasis on the latter), but that's exactly what makes this kind of thing fun to compile. Title taken from "Naive Attraction" by Elephant Micah, which happens to be my favourite song in the world right now.Feedback:
Lovely stuff, Like the Arthur Digby, Molina and the 14-16 section. And now you've made me wanna listen to Naive Attraction, just see if I don't!! ;)
