Drugs were invented in this year, a few people take them but generally they don't catch on. Yes 1967, the Summer of Love. Here's our pick of the tunes of the year. Believe us, this could've been a 10CD Box Set. Enjoy..

Feedback:
Helluva Year, wasn't it. SOOOO many great picks... the BeeGees, Monkees, Airplane, Doors, Turtles, Floyd, Beatles, SDG, Who and Hendrix cuts are all All-Time favs.
What a fantastic year. Love all the picks Mark mentioned, as well as the Chocolate Watchband and, of course, the Procol Harum. Great choices yet again - well done!
"Drugs were invented in this year." No wonder they were so hard to find in 1966.
Musically it was a fantastic year. As is this mix.
My fave mix from all your fine offerings.
well you boys have done it again -- i agree that this very well bids to be my absolute favorite of all the years you've covered thus far. extra kudos for that love song, the kinks, dylan & VU tracks, the turtles, hendrix, one of my favorite floyd songs, the beatles, cream, aretha franklin!! -- hell, the whole thing is first rate. flawless job, as always
great stuff wonder years.
A great year indeed.
Well, with all that was going on in 1967 from a musical standpoint, this mix should be a classic. The pleasant news is that it is indeed. :-) Great work.
Tons of great picks here... all of 'em. From another great year in music.
I simply can't believe that I overlooked what might be my favourite song of all time. Track 24 (cliche maybe but shoot me if ya want) Good catch mate.
yep, yep, yep.
This series is wonderful, thanks for the labor of love, guys!
love the Bee Gees, Nico, Bar-Kays and of course Hendrix picks. quite a few new ones to introduce myself to, looking forward to it. and then I'll want that box set please.
A fantastic year for music and a fantastic mix. Too many good singles here to single out. Bring on the boxed set!
With a year rife with incredible music, I imagine this would one of the hardest to distill. But, as with all previous volumes, beautifully executed!!!
gave this glorious thing a listen the other day. Pink Floyd, Box Tops, Traffic and Caetano Veloso tracks are really great, in addition to what I've already listed.
