For a relationship that never really got off the ground; one that stopped and started and seems to have stopped for good now. I guess the disc follows a line from despair to reasoning to acceptance to anger. Who knows? A lot of the choices are trite. A lot of them aren't cool in any sense of the word. A lot of them are dated. And some are so obvious they make me want to throw myself out of a window. And there's a Keith Whitley song, for God's sake.

It's not a mix for the total devastation that comes from the failure of something long term. It's something for drinking alone for two or three nights, feeling bad and then feeling better.
