Comment:

Originally posted on January 9, 2006. This compilation was produced before the luxury of MP3 Audio Mixing software. The tracks, although, related still seemed too far away and cold; not connected. At the time, I struggled with optical burning software while pushing it to the limits; manipulating the start cues and dead-air endings to achieve desired segues. Something was still missing...and the wasted half-burned CDrs. Oy vey ismier!
Thanks to jonpoi, who introduced a wonderful product to me (and to other AOTMers, I am certain), my compilations are now mixes too! This mix is dedicated to jonpoi.
Revised and remastered, you can now hear this mix for the first time. This was the first mix to test out the software so the levels are a bit dodgy so please forgive me. According to my electronic records, this work was completed on March 16, 2006.

Original liner notes here!Full mix here!

I think Cale's version of Hallelujah is the best. Great pick there. Great mix overall. I look forward to hearing it tomorrow.

Like the look of this Karen, even the Genesis track is taken from the only album of theirs I can stomach.
