This is the mix I was asked to put together for my friends Geoff and Alicia Lott's weddding, 02/24/07.

Alicia is a girl I have known since kindergarten. Geoff is my best friend, whom I met through doing stand up comedy in 2003. I introduced them, and the rest is history.

This mix is a blend of the pre-seating, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing, to explain the lack of flow. I have also indicated which songs were pre-determined by the bride and groom, to excuse me from any accusations of cliched taste. :)

I will never forget the experience of putting this together for them, and sitting in their living room as they pared their picks down from 456(!) to 30. I loved the look on their faces when something struck them as perfect for what they were trying to achieve, how they grabbed each others' hands in glee. In a weird way, it felt like an accomplishment, to help them translate this oh-so-important aspect of becoming the wed.
