I've been looking over mixes here for 2 months now and I have really enjoyed it. I'm hooked. I thought I needed to give everyone a little glimpse of my all time favorite music.

I'm not sure if everyone on this site has had a song that knocks them off their feet because of its overwhelming emotional power. I am lucky enough to have found a band that has done that for me over and over again. They have a good sized following and I consider myself a poi pounder. The band is Poi Dog Pondering. I saw them in a tiny club called the 930 club in Washington D.C. on April 30, 1992. I have to say they changed my life on that day. If anyone gets a chance to see them live, I BEG you to go. I've seen them many times (they are based out of Chicago now) and the live shows are truly AMAZING!)

They are coming out with a new album next month. on my 40th birthday and my 17th year as a fan of the band. I've journeyed along with them. I've selected some tracks from each of their albums (almost). All are my favorites. (because I don't have any that I don't like) I hope you download this and give it a listen even if you've heard of the band and they aren't your cup of tea.
