After an absence of 7 months while my al(t)er ego (Avocado Rabbit) was monopolizing the posting, here is another vinyl-only mix.This is instrumental music that is placed in the jazz category for lack of a better term. Whatever the genre, it was mixed to serve as an homage to the past year, a difficult twelve months at best. Ralph Waldo Emerson writes about the best homage one can make is to the truth, and let us hope that our leaders (along with our entire society) respect that sentiment in the new year.

Albeit only knowing two out of twelve, I think Gary Peacock is married to Annette Peacock, an emancipated woman with some good albums placed in a long, educing discography. This one will get a curious hearing in any case
