I've always loved stringed instruments- especially cellos- and so I made this a compilation of only songs with prominent string sections (besides guitar). There is a pretty wide variety of genres featured on here, and there are actually no classical orchestral tracks. Although I also love classical music, the point of the cd was more about unusual ways that strings can be used in music. Every song on here is absolutely fantastic (in my opinion) and they are all technically dazzling as well as incredibly emotional. Enjoy :)
