Comment:

Well....it's finally here. Some time ago, thesecretchord asked me to make a mix of songs that sound happy but in truth are rather downbeat and/or depressing. This wasn't as easy as it seems. Many weeks passed, songs were thrown on, deleted, thrown on again, and deleted again. Plus, it also took awhile because I was also in the process of seeking out employment and, as anyone knows, when you're poor...
Anyhoo, I hope y'all dig it. Oh and by the way, don't ever ask me to make a mix based on a theme if you expect it anytime soon thereafter.
pps. Yes, I know the English Beat song is a cover but I say it counts, so nyahh.....
ppps Extra points to anyone who can tell me what movie the title comes from. (We must stop doing this btw it seems to be kind of a trend.)

Was it "Pump Up the Volume" with Christian Slater...I wish Samantha Mathis would come to my back window and take off her sweater.
