Comment:
Inspired by an eclectic jukebox at a Minneapolis dive bar, Liquor Lyles, this jam tries to recapture the atmosphere of spending vodka-soaked nights at Lyle's (where Tim -- the Oxford shirt wearing bartender -- pours the drinks with a heavy hand and one often feels under-tattooed in comparison to the wait staff). A dive bar in Lowry Hill? Scandal! Now, Stand-up Frank's over north, THAT'S a dive bar. This is a damn fine mix series by any measure...even if yer not from around "here".
