Comment:
one cd made for pm2k to trade for his "when the girls get here..." mix (side one), then manipulated for a trade with ion moe (side two). all female vocals on this one, which isn't much of a theme, i guess. a little extra attention paid to henry's dress and the aislers set by pm2k's request. on the ion side, "herjazz" and "the punk singer" were requested, which kinda informed the other substitutions. by the way, is there or isn't there an apostrophe in aislers? i've seen it both ways, but i believe the actual album covers show it without. i dunno. brandt? a little help here?Feedback:
Very lovely. Is the "thanks a lot" song a cover? (by charlie rich?) If it's the same song, I've got a great cover of it too by Paul Kelly with Uncle Bill.
i'm not sure. it's definitely a cover, but the original is attributed to miller/sessions. could that be the same song? i put it on there because pm2k mentioned ernest tubb to me, and i know for sure that mr. tubb did a well-known version...
