Comment:

Another mix for Kathryn in the UK, who is a girl, most likely English and may or may not have something to confess. No real theme here, just some songs I'd think she'd like. I kind of had a summery thing going in the middle of side one, but abandoned it for some reason. A real mixer would of kept it up for the duration of the mix. I'd like to thank Teapin for the Solex and Dave the Quixotic librarian for letting me "check out" the Zipps. And for all those people who are expecting mixes from me, please continue to be patient. Thanks!

Beautiful, Ion. This really reminds me of how much I miss summer as I stare outside at the icy road...

I really really like this! I'm spending this semester in London, and trust me, this mix will brighten your friends day ...especially because it's been raining non-stop

This is rulin'! Looking at the tracks I know it sound like just what I need to brighten my mood on these rainy London days. And well done for selecting Me Me Me...that song sums up the brilliance of summer 1995 for me (just finished school, great boyfriend, 18 year old confidence and the hottest weather the UK had seen in 20 years!)

yes, mod fuck explosion! It was playing in a movie theatre in S.F. About a girl named London. I've seen it in some video stores.
...Great tape & artwork!

Having given this one a listen, I can testify it plays even cooler than it looks! Excellent flow, the whole even greater than the sum of its parts - now that's what making a mix is all about!

It appears 2 of these tracks are on my current work in progress. You need to get up early around here. Have a sweet Chrimbo Ion.

Well Ion, your 'Look at me I'm so cool for being the first person to include The Bigger Lovers on a mix on AotM' comment on PKs latest anthology on said band has led me here and I'm so glad it has. This is brilliant. But more importantly it's got Hangin Around by Me Me Me on it. Good gracious. I've got that on 7' vinyl but it's all warped and crackly now. What I'd do for an mp3 of that. Maybe it'll find its way onto another splendid mix by yer gud self?
