Comment:

A sorta southern, folky, bluegrassy, preachy type thing. As ever, I went slightly off the beaten track, but I like the sound of this. I hope y'all dig it! Partly inspired by the fact that my 15 year old daughter is going to stay in Nashville with my cousin for three weeks this summer. Scotland to Nashville, what a culture shock. The Chris Bell track was included thanks to Sue EW asking if it was the same as The Vulgar Boatmen track on my last mix. It's not, but this song is lovely and has been running through my head lately, that's why it's in. Thanks, Sue!

Scotland to Nashville... Culture shock indeed! I hope she won't be too disappointed by Nashville - it's no Memphis. Plus, it's not quite as kitschy as you want it to be. Should be a really fun time for a teenager, though. This is a great theme. By the way, I've finished your Groovies comp and hope to send it today.
