about a year ago after seeing the cardigans my friend and i decided to start having sex, and now one year later what began as something completely physical has blossomed into the most smashingly fabulous relationship in the history of smashingly fabulous relationships. to commemorate the first anniversary of our 'going out' (which is two and a half weeks after the first anniversary of our seeing the cardigans)i made this tape, which is a compilation of the nest songs from 17 of the mixtapes he's made me.... there were some tough decisions (queer or my lover's box? yalla chant or leysh nat'arak? pj harvey or nick cave?)but i think it's about as good as it can be.
