Comment:
Don't lie and say you never grooved to Dead or Alive whenever "You Spin Me" came on the radio, or Tears for Fears' "Shout", or any other New Wave artist represented here, for that matter. This mix pays tribute to that cheesy (in a good way) genre of 80's rock, with a couple creative liberties thrown in. This mix was made quite awhile back, so I would probably delete Deftones' "To Have and to Hold" in favor of Marilyn Manson's cover of "Sweet Dreams" or "Tainted Love". Personally, though, I think Manson deserves a mix cd of his own with those included.Feedback:
interesting and creative : )
I cannot tell a lie...I grooved to them all. Yay for the Rammstein cover (it's scary and I like it).
I actually did a Marilyn mix with those two songs, as well as other covers and originals. It's my Fight Songs CD. Love the Dope and Disturbed covers. Interested in the P.O.D. , Machine Head, and Alien Ant Farm tracks.
