Comment:

A selection of sixties pop music. This is my very favourite era, as most of you will probably know. However, it isn't just psych/prog/spacey stuff which does it for me. I love the singability of sixties pop. Hopefully you will be able to singalong with most of these tunes. Not the instrumentals of course. You can hum along to those. Enjoy.

I like the inclusion of some of the groups more obscure on the western side of the water: Cliff Bennett, Rockin' Berries, JK & The Pirates, Farlowe, etc. Yanks Booker T & the MGs make a cameo appearance.

Yes, the inclusion of Green Onions was an oversight on my part. It seemed British because the mods danced to it in the movie Quadrophenia, and it was a big hit here at the time. Still, I love the track and it's part of the mix now!

A great period! How many times have you seen Blow Up?

Please make this one of three on my list. I'll get back to you with the rest of my shopping cart.

And I'll bet you there IS a Carnaby Street in Memphis!
