The title is from Innocent by Our Lady Peace. It's basically a mix of songs that make me feel awful inside in a good way. In the sense that I love music and these songs are so fucking good, but they make me tremendously sad.

I love that OLP song too because of the power it has and the way it makes me feel. It actually makes me feel good though since it explains that "we are all innocent." I think it reminds us we are all human, and it's ok that we aren't perfect. Yes, some of the lyrics are sad, but they're there to give hope, rather than sadness I think.
