Comment:

Not sure what I was trying to say with this mix, if indeed I was trying to say anything. A much more modern mix than my usual fare. Which means nothing before 1970!(Managed to squeeze in a couple of "Oldies", in order to keep my retro-lover tag valid!) Sounds good in the taxi CD player, and hopefully on your stereo. The title is taken from a lyric in the Bridge and Tunnel track. Their album "The Great Outdoors" is a current fav of mine. Enjoy.

yeah a nice one (maybe not reef) but cool to see some good swedes in there too (Caesars), sorry for your Celtic season but after I just only seen the game against Porto, I think you need new defenders

F*ck, it sure does. ;) Looks like a nice one, indeed - with the possible exception of, er, John Kongos. John Kongos? U serious? Hmm . . .

Thanks Thomas. Well, you should know me by now. I like to throw a surprise in now and again to mess people's heads up! I like to keep up an air of mystique about my mixmaking, or maybe I just couldn't think of anything better to fill up the space, is closer to the truth. In any case, I like John Kongos(Well, the two singles I've heard). It's nice to see you back, Thomas, and I hope you had a great trip! E-mail me when you have a moment, please.

Looks great, Gerry. Perhaps I'll want one of these in our next round of trading (prob in the next couple of months)... I've had a hankering to hear that Inspiral Carpets song for awhile now.

Looks good to these ocular devices Gerry...., can't say I've heard John Kongos, but if Herr Mohr is calling it into question there may be something to it.....love the Cooper Temple Clause. (Thanks to a friend badgering me to give their disc another try...)

Very nice Gerry, although you should have included the missing link between Kongos and Black Grape (Happy Mondays) ;) Also dig the Ladytron and Beats International. Keep throwing in the surprises. I like surprises.

Very cool Gerry. Inspiring, as always. Love the Eels and Charlatans picks.
