Comment:

"What's it going to be then, eh?" Obviously inspired by the novel and movie A Clockwork Orange, these are all songs that have a bit of the ultraviolence in 'em. Most of these songs directly deal with violence and murder while others are associated with violence (Helter Skelter) or just sound violent(...Trail Of Dead). The Bluestars song really has nothing to do with violence but it does portray one of the books major themes, being a product of society-"I'm a social end product, so don't blame me". I think one of the greatest concepts of the book and film is music association. Whenever I hear Singin' In The Rain I will always think of violence and rape. And blood and murder and destruction and death. God save little Alex.

"+ all that cal." A great movie (I really must see it again) spawned from a brilliant book. Good mixture of soundtrack tunes with contemporary stuff. There are a hundred different ways people could take a mix based on 'A Clockwork Orange,' but all of them would inevitably nestle in the darker corners, just like this 1. Kudos. Out.

Seriously? Walter Carlos is a tranny? Cool. Dude, this is a well-done mix! Helter Skelter is a very nice choice.
