Comment:
This is a mix of old Psych standards, some newer material, and some surprises thrown in for good measure. For what it's worth, I'll never tire of "Eight Miles high" and "Tomorrow never knows". But then, I'm just an old hippy without the hair. Stuff I'll be wanting and hoping Abi (my wee girl who is 2 years and four months old) will listen to as she grows up. It's either this or Westlife and The Cheeky girls! Hope all my friends on AOTM are well after the madness of the site's latest behaviour. Glad things are up and running once more. Thanks to my good friend Valis for the BJM and Clinic picks. Peace and love to all.
Feedback:
haha nirvana uk version made me laugh. looks great!
Very nice! Lots of faves -- both old and new -- are here. I know life on the AOTM planet has returned to normal when your name is in the recent submissions. Nice pic of Abi too!

looks groovy baby (hope Abi has a tether about her waist as she delves into the vortex !)

Always good stuff!
Tons of cool stuff, Gerry. Well done.
great, great stuff! not a single bad song to be found.
Every song's a winner! Love this!
Fantastic Gerry. Abi seems to be having a blast in the vortex, tether or no.
Wow, really cool mix! I just put Eight Miles High on a mix I made today.
I see you got a use for the digital camera that you got for x-mas ;), This is lovely stuff of course but I don't think you can do more than show your kid what's good, they use to pick their own favs
Nice shtuff all round.
Nice one Gerry! Being around you I'm convinced she'll attain warp speed soon enough! One of these nights I may just

"Send back my dream test baby, she's my main feature"
This is great! I was just thinking about you, Gerry, as I saw the new film, "In America" the other day. This ranks up there with your best psyche mixes. Love that Rain Parade song, and everything else I know. And no one can ever hear that Byrds epic enough - it's just brilliant.
Another wonderful mix. All great stuff. Nice cover too.
"...my [Daddy's] up [here] somewhere, love's rating in the sky so hologramic oh my Hee-hee-hee-15 !"
I'm wondering who sent the last one? My dough's on either gablabs or Valis. Fess up, guys!

Superb mix Gerry, got a 2 year old daughter myself whom I'm trying to influence in the same way my old man did with me. Freya's really into the Stooges at the moment which is great but she demands louder daddy at volumes that have my teeth rattling! Should I worry?
trippy!
Tomorrow never knows, do one?
Tomorrow never knows, do one?
Wouldn't it be great if she really does like all this stuff?!? Let's hope so! Great mix, by the way...
Great one! (There's a wonderful cover of Tomorrow Never Knows by Sheila Chandra & Monsoon.)
