This past new year's eve I hosted an 11.5 hour program called New Wave New Years on WMBR, the purpose of which was to play songs from the late 70's early 80's as a soundtrack for listener get-togethers. I use the term New Wave loosely, so traditionalists who scowl "that song isn't new wave!" are probably correct. This particular section of the program had a similar theme to Major and Minor Wave, these are some familiar artists doing songs that weren't their biggest hits juxtaposed with some non-charting acts. I burned this mix down to disc while OTA without interruption. I'll be posting other NWNY mixes in the future, thanks for looking!
