Comment:

A sort of Goodbye mix for a very wonderful friend of mine whom I've actually made many of the mixes posted here for. She is moving away on the 21st of this month, from a place she has lived since birth. And we have actually know one another for around 20 years now. Some of these songs pertain to the dreaded 'Goodbye' although not all of them. I am not real comfortable with that subject and probably never will be. Besides I feel for certain this is not the usual goodbye because we will still be seeing A LOT of one another with visits a such. And we will still be seeing live shows together on a regular basis (merely one of our many favourite pasttimes). In this I have hope. That is all I should say for now about the whole situation else I might weep. The rest I shall leave to Dead Can Dance...... Severance, The birds of leaving call to us. Yet here we stand endowed with the fear of flight. Overland, the winds of change consume the land. While we remain in the shadow of summers now past. When all the leaves have fallen and turned to dust, will we remain entrenched within our ways? Indifference, the plague that moves through out this land. Omen signs, in the shapes of things to come... Tomorrow's child is the only child.
