Way before "Dutty Rock," and even before "Stage One," Sean Paul was renowned for being hardcore yet accessible outside of strictly dancehall reggae circles. With a heavy debt to Super Cat for his vocal timbre and delivery, he proved he had the goods by flexing over all the hot riddims of the day, which continues today.
