T.S. Eliot wrote April is the cruellest month and April of 2004 was a testament to this. During this month I hit the bumpiest part of my relationship causing many a shed tear at the end of my street under one streetlamp late at night (In The Morning Before Work, Bbtone). I escaped this for a few days during spring break with my best girlfriends (Gone Til November). BUt upon returning I realized that none of my problems had been solved (Yr Letter) and that I was going to just plow through it as best as I could (The House Shook). I offered only a few words as reconciliation to him: "If I could, I'd break these doubting words from your head. I would break this doubting world from our heads" (We Get Down). In the end, I got through it all and through the other emotional whiny crises of the month (The Weight).
