Comment:

A mix of folk music, mostly British, and mostly from the 60's and 70's. Lots of stuff here which I've liked a lot for a long time and never got my head together enough to make a mix. I have tried to include many different strains of folk music here. The traditional (The Watersons); folk blues (John Martyn); instrumentals (Leo Kottke); obscure (Stone Angel); folk-rock (The Strawbs); and off-the-wall (Incredible String Band) So here we are. Hope the sun is shining on all my AOTM buddies! Peace.

As you know, I'm not a "folkie"; knowing that you're a man of discerning tastes though, I trust that this is a lovely mix. Peace to you.

This is beautiful, Gerry - been listening to a lot of folk music lately, especially of the British variety, and loving most of it. I especially like the Collins/Graham, Kottke and Christy Moore.

sun is hsining and for some reason I'm now thinking of Britt Ekland! I guess it shows my age. I guess it also shows my age that I have a great deal of this myself. Excellent. You weren't tempted by anything from Liege and Leaf?

Not a huge fan of the genre, but you've hit some faves in the off-the-wall sub-genre including Roy Harper & John Fahey.
