Comment:
This is from the holiday season of '97-'98 when I worked in a somewhat run-down yet historical (aren't they all?) downtown urban area known as Strawberry Hill. I worked the night shift more or less and it was pretty dismal and depressing and dark and some other "D" words, and I was trying to get myself in my old pre-agnostic days of X-mas cheer when I heard the Hill Street Blues theme. That sort of inspired one of my earlier "mixed genre" albums here, being one of my most extreme examples of such.Feedback:
Nice mix, with just enough rhythm section to keep the listener grounded. Interesting to close the two sides with dueling versions of "Moon River"
Hey, John! This is pretty darn cool! Three Suns to "My Three Sons" is damn clever, and I love the Ventures cut, too. For a seven-year old mix, looks pretty darn good. Let's see more!!!
