This is a driving mix I just made for myself. It's mostly about leaving somewhere rather than arriving anywhere. The songs are about escaping someone or something and also about the idea of life as a journey. In case anyone is wondering, most of the Gillian Welch songs come from her live DVD which I converted to MP3 using Freecorder software and the David Rawlings/OCMS version of Odds n Ends is available on iTunes. The Lloyd Price version of Stagger Lee may seem out of place but it works, trust me ;-)
