Comment:
The first one was quite well received, and as anyone who knows me, knows, I can't get enough of this stuff. A couple of points. This is real obscure stuff ("Gerry in obscure artists mix shocker!"), perhaps the best known group here is the Chocolate Watch Band. Before anyone asks, no, it's not that "America! :-. Hope you enjoy it!Feedback:
Yep, all I know here is The Chocolate Watchband. Looks interesting though.
I love the Chocolate Watchband and you say it's not that America -- so it must be great!
I echo Salman1 excactly
Ditto all three -- any mix with the Chocalte Waistband is ok by me!
Aaarrg--haven't had my morning coffee yet--meant Chocolate Watchband
Ditto everyone else.
well now you got the same speed in mixing that Curtis got, don't know anything here, but I trust your taste and knowledge in this area
Yes! I recognize many of the tracks, which are great (of course!). Love the Open Mind and Lazy Smoke. Go, Gerry, GO!
Great! You almost stumped the panalists.
I love this sort of stuff and I'm looking forward to hearing the tracks I'm not familiar with. And what a great cover! You've managed to make trench warfare look like fun.
As gas alroit...& we're to assume this's you then..?
Wow... looks like lots of cool stuff.
OK, label me mainstream, but I know nothing here. Not one sausage!Doesn't mean to say that I wouldn't want to know it, however.watch this space . . . .
Got a July track on my last offering but that's it, don't know anything else.
yikes.......except for the watchband, i know nothing. we'll have to trade again soon???
Obscure is the word, but, oh boy, looks fantastic.
I don't know where u find this stuff Gerry...amazing!
Truly exceptional Gerry. You're the king of obscurity. Is Earth and Fire an early version of Earth Wind & Fire? ;)
Fuel for the mindfire! I know exactly 16 of these and the other five will be had in their time, I'm sure. Good go Gerry!!!
Do you own that Spades single?...Its worth a small fortune!
Another Gerry treasure trove methinks, though I only know the Chocolate Watch Band. I'll pay gas money for the safe transport of this disc to my mailbox.
Gerry - I love that weird and obscure little corner of the mix world you live in.
Great stuff, Gerry - obscure, yes, but that just means more investigating, which is never a bad thing! Definitely feel like I'm getting an education from your mixes :)
I'm freakin' out on this mix! And I have no idea why! Whoa!
