A mix of rocking and rousing tracks. The Venus In Furs tracks are from the "Velvet Goldmine" movie soundtrack, and I actually prefer Placebo's cover versions to their own stuff! Valiant Swart is a South African blues and punk rocker who sings in both English and Afrikaans; 'Die Son Sak In Durbanville' (The Sun Sets In Durbanville) is a story of the dark underside of an upper-middle class suburb of Cape Town. 'Roekeloos' means Reckless and 'Almal Maak Haar Mal' translates as 'Everybody Makes Her Mad' (more angry mad, than insane mad, though!).
