More unknowns from the golden era. If anyone has a clue what is going on here, or where the title comes from, please enlighten me.Feedback:
Don't recognize a thing here Gerry but I've heard your mixes so there is good vibes to this. Hurry back.
I'm with Terry on the lack of recognition, but hey, what the heck, I'll take a shot at explaining it (I'm an academic and therefore have a great deal of experience explaining things I don't understand plus I've drunk a lot of wine):
This is the soundtrack of the movie made of Kilgore Trout's posthumous novel The Sheep-Squeezers of Splatycon 5. Roger Corman was the executive producer, but allowed Terry Southern free rein with the screenplay. The film starred Peter Sellers (in drag) and featured cameos by Pamela des Barres, Peter Tork, Brigitte Bardot, Flip Wilson, and a very young Kevin Bacon. It is the only film to receive an imaginary number (3.4i) of stars on imdb.com.

Don't know any of this, but I love the group names.
Oh man, I didn't know Kilgore Trout had died! Great opener from the Wizards & there's nothing groovier than that Roger Nichols' tune. After that, I'll just have to zone on the freaky cover.
Jenny's really smart when she's had "a lot of wine"!
I'll believe that this concoction is quite insane, cuz you wouldn't lie to us... Not about sheep squeezers... Wouldja Gerry?

Not a clue, but I'd gladly put this in my pipe & smoke it . . .
I'd say it came out of that bowl. And whatever he's having, I'll try some too, along with these tunes.
Roger Nichols and the small circle of friends are a really persobal fav album for me, the rest is under your command masterpsych
Don't know any of this but fully trust your judgement, Scotsman. ;)
outside looking in . . . .
Exactly what Mohr said.
Insanity rules over here in France, therefore I feel quite at home with a mix like this! Put the kettle on for the lads Gerry there's a good lad, 5 sugars for the guty with the hairy arse.
Guy with the hairy arse even!
Insanity for sure. Where do you get in line.
The Wizards of Kansas? What a funny band name. I don't know a thing here but I wish I did. The cover is hilarious.
Oh wait, it's Wizards FROM Kansas. Still funny.
Dig the aliens on shrooms cover. But I've heard of only two tracks and of those only listened to one.
This is more like the usual Gerry.Your last mix was straight by your usual standard.
Vintage McDonald here!
FLWB got me beat by one.
Would like to hear this one.

I think it's a soundtrack to eat haggis smothered in 'shrooms by.
Stumped I am, 'cept for the glorious Comus that is. I'd love to be edumicated.
Unknown indeed, but looks fascinating. Hope everything is going well for you.
