A mix to commemorate the years between the bicentennial of our great nation and the year of my birth, the "transitional" disco years when the early sounds of house, breakbeats, and, yes, 80's pop started peeking through. I know I was rockin out in the womb. I tried to veer away from the cliched "Pure Disco" usual suspects. By the way, how can there not be a "Disco" category on AOTM?Feedback:

I was long out of the womb during the years in question, but back then I disdained disco and pretended not to like any of it. Now of course I know better. Well, to be honest, I still don't like that EW&F song. But the rest of the mix more than makes up for it!

Seriously?? "September" is one of my favorite songs EVER. Yeah, man, the "Bad Girls" intro is the best part of that track. hilarious.
